My training, which includes CBT, DBT is enhanced by 30 years of professional experience. The combination of academic knowledge & life lessons enables me to have true understanding, insight & compassion for how things may be feeling for you.

 

It also gives me tools needed to help you understand "the why" and "the how" to help yourself heal and achieve your happiness.
